Earthquake in Nepal, severe shock, no loss of life or property was reported.
Earthquake of magnitude 6.1 in Nepal
Nepal's National Seismological Center said a magnitude 6.1
earthquake hit Nepal on Sunday morning. Earthquake tremors were felt in
other districts of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and also in Delhi, NCR region.
According to Seismological St., the epicenter of the earthquake
was Dhading area, which is located 55 km west of the capital Kathmandu.
After Afghanistan, India, an earthquake of severe nature also
occurred in Iran
The European Mediterranean Seismological Center said the
earthquake had a depth of 13 km. There was no loss of life or property as a
result of the earthquake.
It should be noted that Nepal is the 11th most earthquake prone
country in the world
