The persons taken into military custody were arrested under the Pakistan Army Act 1952 and the Official Secrets Act. The arrested persons are involved in the attack on GHQ Rawalpindi and Corps Commander House Lahore, PAF Base Mianwali, ISI Civil Lines Faisalabad.

According to the application, these people were arrested for their involvement in the attack on Hamza Camp, Bannu Camp and Gujranwala Camp. It has been stated in the petition that in light of the incidents of May 9 and 10, 102 persons were arrested, trials were started in military courts for the right of these persons to justice, the trial was conducted keeping in mind the interest of the detained persons. is being done.

The petition further states that those found not guilty during the trial in the military courts will be acquitted, the trial in the military courts will be subject to the verdict of the case pending in the Supreme Court. Those found guilty after trial in military courts will receive minor punishments, those involved in the incidents of May 9 and 10 who have served prison sentences according to the crime will be released.
