Position

Company Secretary

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

or

Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.

or

A person holding a master's degree in business administration or commerce.

or

Being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher

Education Commission with at least five ears' relevant e experience.

 

Chief Finance Officer

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least

five years' relevant experience in case of public sector companies.

or

A person holding a master's degree in accounting. finance, commerce,

economics or equivalent from a university recognized by the higher

education commission with at least ten years' relevant experience

case Of other public sector companies.

The candidate must fit and proper criteria

 

Manager Exploration

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Master's in Geology from a reputable university.

 

Internal Auditor

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Chartered Accountant Intermediate- (CAF Certified); ACCA, ICMA.

Or Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner.

Or Certified Internal Control Auditor.

Or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics.

Or equivalent recognized by HEC.

Articles completed or having at least five years' experience in audit.

The candidate must fit and proper criteria.

 

Accountant /Business Analyst

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Member Of a Professional accounting body Or Master's in Business.

Administration-finance, commerce, economics, or equivalent from a

reputable university.

In-depth knowledge of corporate financial laws, investment  appraisals

and financial modeling.

At least three years of working experiences in the corporate sector.

 

 

 

IT officer

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Bachelors in Information Technology/Computer Sciences' equivalent from

a reputable university.

At least three years Of relevant working experience in the corporate sector.

 

Admin / HR Officer

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable university.

At least three years Of relevant working experience in the corporate sector.

 

Geologist

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Other Requirements

Master  in Geology from a reputable university.

At least three years of relevant working experience in the corporate sector.
